For Olivia May Ltd, its suppliers and third parties our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff. We continue to adhere to all UK government advice, the WHO (World Heath Organisation) and PHE (Public Health England) guidelines. This includes increased hand washing and clearing of surface areas, a deep cleaning regime and disinfecting of all surfaces daily as well as steaming merchandise and monitoring the wellbeing of our staff in order to support in reducing the spread of COVID-19.

We continue with our taking online orders safely. We are operating online packaging and deliveries with the highest levels of cleanliness and appropriate health and hygiene standards. This includes courier drivers of DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. We will no longer ask customers to sign handheld units and instead drivers will sign on your behalf with a ‘Delivered on Authority’ message on receipt. Our office remains open and we are shipping orders on a daily basis as always.

Although we have temporarily closed our Cheshire Showroom and Oxford Shop, our online web platform and social channels continue to operate as normal. We continue with our promise to deliver personalised experiences and connect with our customers. 
Our delivery partners are shipping worldwide as usual with slight delays of up to 48 hours to certain regions only. We hope you understand that during these unprecedented times and encourage you to check our delivery policy for the latest information when ordering. You can continue to support your favourite independent designers. 

We really appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time and love hearing your feedback! As a business, we support our designers through this challenging time, we ask that you explore their work and some of the smaller, lesser-known designers like Umit Unal, Nodova, Anett Rostel, Hannoh Wessel, Alquema, Rhum Raisin and others. Please join us in continuing to give support to the innovative designers in this world who are committed to the highest levels of quality, craft and creativity. 

For those of you who are staying at home, you can of course explore and shop our website and join us on social media channels and OM Connected page for inspiration. Despite everything going on around us, we are doing our best to continue to deliver extraordinary experiences and are proud to be an independent fashion retailer that champions small buisnesses both in the UK and overseas. Our small team are passionate about what we do – from all of our employees and together with your support we will get through this.
