Our FAQ page offers guidance on shopping, we encourage you to read through this policy as a guide to the changes you will notice in store prior to your visit. We also advise you to read our delivery policy before ordering to manage expectations on certain delays where local restrictions apply.
COVID-19 - Important information for our customers
Following the government’s recent announcement on further restrictions implemented in response to the pandemic, we wanted to provide you with an update.
We have been delighted to welcome back customers to our Oxford Boutique and Cheshire Showroom when they opened back in June; and thank you for your continued support in following the new health & safety measures in place to protect customers, our colleagues and the service we provide.
As these measures continue to develop we are committed to ensuring we work within the World Health Authority and Public Health England guidelines at all times to ensure your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable.
We remind you that you are still very welcome to shop in-store both at the boutique and showroom which are open as normal, but we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the health and safety procedures which are in place. These include the steps outlined below that we have taken to keep everyone safe and reduce transmission risks.
We kindly ask that you let us know if any particular pieces are of interest so that we can prepare a curated rail. Our stylists are still on hand to assist and advise to ensure the best possible service during your visit. We will continue to do our upmost to serve our customers and partners with the highest delivery of standards possible throughout this period.
Alternatively, you can book a virtual or face-to-face appointment where you will experience 1-2-1 personal styling to make your selections in the comfort of your own home, or in a shop free of customers. Ask for more details on how to book one of these to get inspired by the service you know and love.
Rest assured, you can continue to shop online from wherever you are. Our online service continues to take and deliver orders safely. We remind you that our couriers now comply with the industry standard protocol which no longer requires customers to sign handheld units. Instead drivers will sign on your behalf, at your discretion with a ‘Delivered on Authority’ message. We have no current delays and our delivery service continues to offer FREE Next Day Delivery (UK) and FREE Delivery (Worldwide). However we advise you to check our delivery policy for any local restrictions which may affect delivery.
We are confident that we're doing everything in our power to do our bit in meeting this challenge with a response that's effective and proportionate during a period where times are hard. Our website will be regularly updated to provide you with the latest information.

We look forward to welcoming you back to enjoy the Olivia May experience. You can expect new designer showcases, inspirational outfits and an exciting new styling service, plus enhanced safety measures to keep our employees and customers safe during your shopping trip. Please note the wearing of a face covering is compulsory across all stores in the UK, since 24th July, and all retail stores as of the 24th September are required to display the NHS Track & Trace QR code to allow customers to 'check-in' on the premises.
