Our e-commerce is key for our global display platform and future growth of the business providing the ultimate customer experience. Through web development, SEO, digital advertising, user experience expertise we aim to create a seamless online journey for our customers from view to delivery.

We manage our long term strategy to drive innovation through smaller project work so organisation skills are a must.


The Olivia May buying team cherry-picks designers and collections from across the globe working 12 months ahead of a season before it even reaches online taking fashion commerciality and highest quality of fabrics and design into account. They manage relationships with our designers, set the product tone for the season and showcase the buys to the wider team.

We travel to key destinations for up and coming designers like London, Paris and Milan to attend the buying shows with our 60+ designers so strong analytical skills, stamina and an eye for detail are key.


The photography team are the ones responsible for creating all our content that fills our product pages, editorial magazines and front of site and social media. There are many stages to the process involving product stock, styling outfits, editing, editorial concept planning and production which takes place in a studio set up across both Cheshire and Oxfordshire.

Each season our photographers drive a quick and efficient process to deliver new products in their best light alongside presenting inspirational content on a regular basis, to deliver top customer satisfaction.


The retail sales representatives ensure the smoothest running of Olivia May's Cheshire Showroom and Oxford Boutique, helping to embed the brand message and maintain the standard of customer service the organisation is renowned for. The team manages daily store operations, stock control, customer relationships and our loyalty program. All customer queries including delivery, fabric, aftercare, size and fit are answered by the team via telephone, email and our online web forms within 24 hours so style knowledge of the luxury fashion industry is essential to provide advice to all customers, from wardrobe updates to ideas on how to put a look together.

We take hundreds of queries each week, and often in multiple languages so a sales drive, ability to work well under pressure, deep understanding of fashion and perfect written English are essential.


The styling team's main responsibilities include providing fashion advice, choosing and co-ordinating outfits for models in photo shoots, social media and videography, choosing accessories and executing the creative direction of an overall final look. They host one-to-one styling appointments, curating pieces that cater to each client's requirements often for seasonal looks or special occasions. The team use their fashion knowledge to create appealing looks that accentuate the designers we present to convey the strongest visual message in a fast-changing environment.

We will always respond to the demands of a client rapidly so a pro-active approach, confidence, collaborating with others, a creative flair and communication skills are key.


Press, Marketing & Events

The press, events and marketing team drive and develop the communication of Olivia May's key messages globally, ensuring the right location, the right timing, to the right audience and within the correct forum. We connect our brand via direct marketing - this includes digital marketing, traditional print, press announcements, editorial photo shoots, product placements, keynote speakers including bloggers and influencers, news & events about the business as well as designer launches, collaborations and public events to amplify these initiatives.

We run masses of activity all year round so being a team player, with a true understanding of the fashion media landscape, a commercial drive and excellent people, communication and organisational skills is essential.


The operations team manages the movement of stock within the business - from designer and manufacturer deliveries to the stock room, to orders being delivered to over 185 countries and everything in between including customer requested items to store to delivery and distribution of all our printed materials to our +6K customers.


The team liaise daily with our courier suppliers Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to process and quality control the large amounts of items we send out each day. The ability to think quickly, problem solve and think logistically to come up with ways to improve processes and structures is a must.
