As an Olivia May customer to store - you'll experience an even more enhanced experience which makes us differ from the high street including light refreshments, styling consultations, personal shopper, OM Lookbook & OM Newspaper, Birthday Treats (personalised to you), entry to Competitions & Prize Draws, Early-bird invites and monthly e-newsletters full of the latest news & events happening across Oxford & Cheshire.

*We also offer a VIP OM Member loyalty scheme in stores only. To become a VIP Member - Spend 6 times or £2000 per season to benefit from this ultimate in-store experience awarded with our OM VIP Member card. This is our most premium experience. Ask our stores for more details. 


OM Member Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and Olivia May and its stores. Together with the below terms, they constitute the agreement between you and us related to your Olivia May Membership on the website. Please also see our Privacy Policy, Cookies Notice and Conditions of Sale.

The Service

  1. Olivia May Member is a membership offering a from a range of benefits and services. If you sign up as a OM Member subscriber, you are not billed and do not incur any charge for your subscription. No fees. No membership charges, no direct debit set ups and no additional cost to you. It’s FREE!
  2. If you want to end your subscription or cancel you account, you can email us at anytime after registering and this will be actioned within 24 hours.
  3. Olivia May is the direct point of dispatch for all of its benefits.
  4. By signing up directly through us, you expressly request that we start providing you with its benefits immediately including priority access emails, exclusive offers and seasonal treats.
  5. The subscription is only available to registered users and end consumers aged 18 years or older. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your membership.
  6. You may not transfer or assign any of the benefits for resale or transfer to customers or potential new business.
  7. The OM Member service is only available to regular Olivia May shoppers – this helps us to continually bring the service the best benefits.
  8. OM VIP Member - From time to time we may offer Friends and Family use of the OM VIP Member benefits, this person who is owner of the card must be present with the individual at the time of use to benefit of the offer. 

The Benefits

  1. Eligible purchases may be trialled on a temporary basis – this may include priority delivery options at minor additional cost.
  2. Benefits depend on stock availability, order deadlines and delivery address.
  3. Olivia May liaises with third party suppliers and local businesses to fulfil special offers & promotions – on occasion only.
  4. If your order has a benefit attached e.g. free gift with purchase, this becomes invalid if your order is cancelled, returned or refunded. For this reason – this benefit would be posted out to you after the 14 days returns policy has ended.

Cancellation / Termination

  1. We may terminate your subscription immediately by notice if we consider your use breaches any of these terms or any applicable law or you fraudently use or misuse the service. We will inform you of the termination and your right to appeal.


  1. We may change these terms or the subscription or its benefits to enhance existing features or add to the benefits – this may include technology and technical adjustments to the operations of the zone.
  2. Any changes will be informed to you. You may choose not to accept these changes – if we do not hear from you we will assume you wish to continue with your subscription and accept these changes.


  1. We are liable for any damage or wilful misconduct by us, including by our managing director and representatives.
  2. In addition, we are liable for any breach of our obligations under these terms which you rely on. This covers loss and damage.
  3. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Events Not In Our Control

  1. We are not held responsible for any delay or failure to comply from any cause which is not foreseeable and beyond reasonable control.
